Arch Companies, recently launched by former Greystone executives Jeff Simpson and Jared Chassen, has hired another of Simpson’s former Greystone colleagues. Michelle Miller has joined Arch as associate director. In her new role, Miller will focus on assessing new deals and strategies to raise capital in both debt and equity.
Miller has a diverse finance and real estate background, including acquisitions, asset management and corporate finance. She worked alongside Miller and Chassen, then Greystone’s director of acquisitions, as an integral member of Greystone’s investment team, with a hands-on approach to underwriting and structuring new deals. Previously, she worked for Time Equities and HSBC.
“Arch Companies is driven by an exciting, entrepreneurial culture, and I am grateful for the opportunity to work with Jeff and Jared again in collaborating as a team to ensure the firm’s position as an industry leader,” Miller said.
