Arch Companies Appoints Patrick Hoyle as Development Director

Arch Companies is pleased to announce that Patrick Hoyle has joined Arch Companies as Development Director. He will be instrumental in leading the execution of development projects for Arch Companies’ growing development portfolio and brings with him more than 15 years of experience.

“Patrick will be based in New York City where we have three active ground up developments,” says Jeffrey Simpson, Managing Partner of Arch Companies. “His deep industry knowledge, business acumen and technical skills will be a tremendous asset to Arch Companies as we continue to grow our development portfolio in the coming years.”

“As Arch Companies’ portfolio has nearly doubled over the last six months, we have seen a tremendous need to continue growing and developing our team,” Jared Chassen, Partner at Arch Companies, noted, “In addition to our recent new hires, Arch Companies recently executed a new office lease which nearly tripled our office space in New York City and also promoted two of our Analysts, Philippe “PJ” Kurzwiel and Andrew Sherman, to Associates.”

Hoyle’s deep range of experience includes design, entitlements, construction, finance, leasing and marketing. Most recently, he worked at Carmel Partners, where he focused on ground up multifamily developments in the New York and Washington, D.C. markets.

“I was impressed with Arch’s ability to find and execute new development opportunities while many organizations were slowing down,” says Hoyle. “I look forward to working with Arch’s dynamic and vertically integrated team to deliver quality development projects in the New York City market and beyond.”

Patrick holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, with concentrations in real estate management and finance, and a B.S. in Architecture from the University of Michigan.
